Once again turned to Zindi and Jennifer, this time to buy a condo for my son in Seattle. As always they were timely, friendly, helpful and on top of everything.
If you are looking for team that is extremely competent, won't waste your time and are on top of every issue, I cannot recommend them more highly. I will never use anyone else for real estate finance issues. They got us a great rate, walked us through all the paperwork and reminded us of whatever we needed to document. My wife and I called Brett and asked about the veteran refinance options. We were in the middle of a refinance and got a little uneasy with the change in numbers on our closing documents for the mortgage loan. We called Brett to compare and we are so happy we called.

We went through the closing document numbers with Brett, and even though this was not his loan, he went above and beyond to explain what the numbers meant and how they were calculated. This was a 51 minute phone call where Brett took the time to explain how things work in more detail without speaking a single negative word about competitors. Even though Brett calculated comparable numbers, he did not try to steal business, which speaks very highly to his professionalism.

Having an honest conversation with Brett, where he concluded our current deal is pretty good, is so refreshing. Such a great conversation where no sales tactics/gimmicks were used. This is our 2nd time working with Katrina. Because of the flawless experience that we had with her during our refinance from last year, we have no doubt to come to CFS and Katrina for our mortgage loan again. All we did were a few text messages to Katrina, and a few days later we got our pre-approval letter. From the mortgage application through underwriting to approval and closing, Katrina, Jennifer, and the whole team at CFS have been extremely detailed, responsive, and transparent. Moreover, Katrina helped us lock down one of the lowest interest rates possible. There were no sales pitches or pushing to buy down the rate with points, and the fees are minimal and lowest compared to other lenders. If you are looking for a lender and broker who you can trust and want peace of mind, look no further.

I was referred to Casa by our agent who reported good experiences from her clients in the past. Overall, they were very responsive throughout the process, available after hours, and had creative solutions to problems we encountered throughout escrow. They also worked really hard to finally close the deal after we had to extend escrow multiple times.

However, compared to the last time we made a real estate purchase and worked directly with a bank, there was no hand-holding with Casa. Me, not being very knowledgable about rates, loans, and so on, experienced several misunderstandings throughout the process. This wouldn't have happened with our previous lender because they were on the phone with us and insisting on meeting in person to explain everything in exhaustive detail.

The Casa team is very knowledgable and has the answers... if you know what questions to ask. Unfortunately, I didn't know what questions to ask. We were never even asked, "What monthly payment would you be comfortable with?," which in retrospect, would have saved us a ton of trouble.

Casa solicited feedback after the transaction. The response I received took no responsibility for the miscommunication and instead blamed us for changing our loan product last minute (we couldn't afford the original product, which their team would have known if they had asked what payment we'd be comfortable with). They also noted they were surprised we were confused about the product after all the disclosures we signed.

I'd recommend working with them if you're well-versed in real estate or intend to do a lot of research on your own, which I admittedly should have done.

Casa Financial Services are so amazing, I highly encourage this company. Brett and Jennifer are so helpful and professional. No matter what I needed to get my loan done they went far and beyond to make my everything so smooth and possible for me. Brett made me feel so comfortable and walked me each step of the way, this process is quite overwhelming but he did everything he said he would and made it the best for me and my needs. My husband and I were referred to Zindi by one of my co-workers, and working with her was honestly best decision we've ever made. As first time home buyers, the whole process was VERY overwhelming, even as exciting as it was. Zindi was very responsive, professional, and kind throughout the process. She kept all of her promises throughout, and made herself available at all times! Even on Valentine's Day, which fell on a Sunday this year, she was quick to respond to my text message. Casa Financial made the impossible possible. Barry didn't give up. He was able to help me refinance a reverse mortgage on my mother's home despite the many hurdles and brick walls we faced. Thanks to Barry's and Jennifer's perseverance, I get to keep my childhood home, the home that my mom had been living in for 49 years. I am so grateful for their expertise and dedication.

We we're going to Give up, We were working with someone else. They scared the be Jesus out of us with some Ridiculous Numbers. I had told my Family that we were going to rent for another year. I was bummed out and stressed. BUUUT. We were introduced to MR. Brett Mills and his Crew. And God almighty, Mr. Mills and his team were able to make it Happen.
